Office of Defense Cooperation

The Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) implements and manages all security assistance activities of the Department of Defense and Defense Security Assistance Agency (DSCA) for the Department of State in the host country under the auspices of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM).

The ODC manages the following security assistance programs:
- Foreign Military Financing (FMF)
- International Military Education and Training (IMET)
- Regional Defense Counter terrorism Fellowship (RDCTF)
- DoD Counter narcotics Initiative
- Defense HIV/AIDS Prevention Program (DHAPP)
- United States Central Command activities (CTR, CIF, TCA)
- Humanitarian Assistance programs
- Partnership for Peace
- Military-to-Military Contact Plan
  -- State Partnership Program (Virginia)
  -- ARCENT – Army Central Command
