Information For Refugees Residing In Tajikistan
The U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe wants to make sure it does everything possible to assist immigrants and refugees. However the Embassy cannot accept immigrant and refugee applications or determine refugee status. Refugee applicants may contact protection staff of UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) who receives refugees at the premises of a local NGO “Refugee Children Vulnerable Citizens” (RCVC) in Dushanbe:

The U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe cannot accept walk-in appointments. If it is necessary for you to talk to the Consular Officer, please call (37) 229-23-00 to make appointment.
